The data pipeline had similar problems to Find a Lawyer. Advisers change firms, get suspended, or hold multiple licence types, and keeping that accurate without manual work requires constant maintenance. The audience is often unfamiliar with New Zealand systems, so the UI needed to be straightforward and clearly trustworthy.
