I'm Xabi Errotabehere, a product-minded engineer based in New Zealand. I build, launch, and grow software products from zero to one. Each project starts with a simple question: "What would make this easier?"

The focus is on shipping quickly, learning from users, and iterating based on real feedback. No committees, no endless planning cycles — just building and refining.

Current projects span legal tech, AI-powered tools, and utility applications. The common thread is making complex things simple and accessible.
