I'm Xabi Errotabehere, a product-minded engineer based in New Zealand. I build, launch, and grow software products from zero to one. Each project starts with a simple question: "What would make this easier?"

The focus is on shipping quickly, learning from users, and iterating based on real feedback. No committees, no endless planning cycles. Just building and refining.

Current projects span legal tech, AI-powered tools, and utility applications. The common thread is making complex things simple and accessible.
