The platform solves the costly 'formatting tax' by instantly transforming inconsistent candidate CVs and resumes into professionally formatted, white-labeled client submittals in under 30 seconds. Powered by a high-security, zero-retention AI engine, it enables native blind hiring workflows by programmatically redacting PII (names, contact info, locations) to ensure strict GDPR, CCPA, and EEOC compliance. With its zero-friction email-native integration, recruiters can simply forward candidate resumes to the system and receive beautifully branded, sanitized profiles directly back in their inbox.

Challenges & Learnings
The engineering challenge centered on creating a high-fidelity document parsing and rendering engine that translates diverse, unstructured resumes into perfectly styled A4 PDF and DOCX client templates. Developing a highly reliable Named Entity Recognition (NER) pipeline for deep PII redaction was critical to support compliance-grade blind hiring. Furthermore, establishing a secure, zero-retention AWS Lambda execution environment that processes sensitive applicant data ephemerally without persistent storage was vital to achieve absolute privacy compliance.
